Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Canada Post. We use live shipping rates with Canada Post, and will vary based on delivery location. 

Orders to the US are shipped via USPS, or Purolator. 

We ship Monday to Friday. You will receive a conformation email when your order ships.

If you are placing an order outside of Canada, you are responsible for your own customs clearance, tariffs, and requirements with local import restrictions and legislation. We do not prepare phytosanitary import documents for our shipments. 

For seed orders, please note that “standard letter mail” in Canada and “small packet air” to the US do not include shipping insurance, nor a tracking number.
